Q.

What are your hours of operation? Do you shoot houses on the weekends?

A.

"Typically our shoot times are scheduled between 10am and 4pm Monday thru Friday.  Hours vary during the Winter months to account for available light.

As for weekends, yes, we can when needed (upon request and depending on photographer availability) - we are happy to be accommodating anytime we are able!"

Q.

What do we do if it's not a nice day for the scheduled photoshoot?

A.

"Oregon weather can have a difficult  effect  on our scheduled shoots with heavy rain or snow.   We CAN shoot during light/medium rain and we do sky replace ALL of our photos so you won't see gloomy weather in your listing pictures!    We shoot all year long and will give you the very BEST quality photos for that season!

If we do need to reschedule a portion of the shoot (or all of it) we are happy to work with you do to so."

Q.

If my photoshoot is scheduled on a Friday, will I have to wait until Monday to get my photos back to "go live"?

Is there a rush fee available for weekend delivery?

A.

"We try and work with your listing timeline as we understand the sense of urgency when making your listing live. While we do not typically schedule on the weekends, we understand the importance of getting photos back in a timely manner and work hard to meet your timeline if a weekend delivery is desired.  We currently do not charge a fee for this - we love our clients too much!"

Q.

How long does it take to get your photos back after the photoshoot?

A.

"Typically the following business day by mid morning! We know we are normally the final step when listing a property and want to get you your media back as quick as possible!"

Q.

What do you suggest I do to help my clients prepare the home for the photography appointment?

A.

WE have checklist you can download and give to your clients to help them get the home photo ready!  IF they need help with staging the home or need additional remodel work, we suggest contacting our preferred vendor Creative Concepts Home Staging for a consultation.

Here is a simple checklist for prepping the home
